William Pak
CEO — Chief Executive Officer
William, the founder of JWL Group, is a Service-Disabled Veteran and mission-driven leader with a background in business operations, technology, and operational risk management. His leadership style is shaped by high-accountability military environments, Division I athletics, and advanced academic settings.
He began his professional journey at the U.S. Naval Academy, where he competed as a Division I varsity tennis player while developing a strong foundation in leadership, operational planning, and disciplined execution. Despite early desires to commission as a Naval Aviator, William's path was redirected following a medical retirement. Despite his unforeseen exit from the service community, this inflection point reinforced his commitment to serve in a new capacity beyond uniformed service in the space of government contracting.
William completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia and went on to earn a master's degree from the London School of Economics, focusing on business strategy, ethical organizational leadership, and strategic management.
Today, William leads JWL Group with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions to both government and commercial entities. Drawing on his experiences across defense, academia, and the public service, he emphasizes operational excellence, risk management, and mission alignment — ensuring technology investments directly support agency objectives. His work is guided by a continued commitment to supporting government partners through reliable execution and long-term value creation.

CGO — Chief Growth Officer
Luka brings a global perspective and strategic business development expertise to JWL Group. A University of Virginia graduate with a degree in Global Studies and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the McIntire School of Commerce, he developed a strong foundation in cross-cultural engagement, market strategy, and international business dynamics.
His professional experience spans some of the most demanding advisory and consulting environments. At AlphaSights, a global information services firm, Luka served in client services connecting senior decision-makers in investment management, private equity, and top-tier consultancies with the subject matter expertise they needed to make high-stakes business decisions. At Strategy& (PwC's global strategy consulting practice), he contributed to strategic advisory engagements, gaining firsthand experience in corporate strategy development, competitive analysis, and organizational transformation for large-scale enterprises.
At JWL Group, Luka leads business growth initiatives, partnership development, and market expansion. He is responsible for identifying and cultivating opportunities across federal and commercial sectors, building teaming relationships with prime contractors, and shaping the company's go-to-market strategy. His ability to bridge strategic insight with actionable business development makes him a key driver of JWL Group's growth trajectory.
